How to trouble shoot 2000 Series Keypad

Overview

The keypad will not allow keystrokes IF the D5200 is connected to the panel.

Issue

Keypad will not allow keystokes after system programming with a D5200 Programmer.

Solution

The D5200 programmer must be unplugged from the panel when the system is in normal operation.
