Perform the following procedure to disable reporting on a D4412 or D6412:
- At the control panel, lock down the installers switch.
- From the keypad, press Cmd 41 and then enter the installer's passcode.
- Press 8 for keypad programming.
- Press 0221 Cmd.
- Press 0 and then the star key (*).
- Press and hold the Cmd key to exit programming.
- Unlock the installer's switch.
- In RPS, go to Global Reporting Options and then set Enable Reporting to No.
