How to explain the D1252 displaying jumping stars

When the D1252 keypad displays jumping stars, all of the loop codes for zones one through eight have been programmed for 24-hour. Once an intrusion loop code is assigned to any of the eight master zones then the keypad display will read "READY TO ARM".
