How to Diagnose "PT Disabled"

Issue

On 2000 series panel, point codes are programmed for points between 9 and 24. When programmed points are tested the keypad reads "PT(#) PT DISABLED (where # is the number of the point being tested).

Solution

Pt text (Point Text) was never changed from default that read "PT(#) PT DISABLED".
