How to program the D636A alpha numberic keypad

 Place a jumper on the reset pin of the panel and connect other end to ground.

• • Turn all DIP switches on command center to off position.
  • Using a D5200 programmer connect to D636A keypad.  
  • On the D5200, scroll to the 636 product handler and press "enter group".
  • If there is no saved record for the D636A, leave the cursur flashing on "new record", otherwise scroll to the saved record and leave the cursur flashing on it.
  • On the D636A, press and hold down the 4 and 6 key together and turn switch 1 to the on position.
  • Keypad will display Program Mode. Release keys 4 and 6.
  • On the D5200, press "RECV/COPY".
  • After "receive sucsessful" is diplayed, programming of text may be performed.
  • When done, press "SEND/LOAD", on the D5200, to send changes to the D636A.

  • This record may be saved and sent to each keypad on the system.
