  • The Bosch Technical Support App is a tool to support our customer’s (dealers/integrator/technicians) experience by quick and efficient access to technical information about our products and troubleshoot basic issues.

  • It is a mobile application, with the ability to work offline, submit requests, do online and video chat, and lookup troubleshooting workflows.
