Camera live preview not shown in Config Wizard after applying BVMS Patch - FW improvements update capabilities

Symptoms

By accessing the Config Wizard in BVMS v12.0.1, v12.1 and v12.2 on DIVAR IP, there is no camera’s preview live image.

System information

• BVMS 12.X

• BVMS Patch - FW improvements update capabilities 429121 418648 425002 (bvms-12.0.1.375-patch-429121)

• Several DIP units: DIP44, DIP73, DIP 7000 R2, DIP 7000 R3

• Divar IP System Manager 2.3.0 / 2.3.2

Causes

This behavior occurs after applying the BVMS Patch - FW improvements update capabilities 429121 418648 425002.

This will block camera preview in the Configuration Wizard.

Solution

The live preview image from the camera will not be displayed in the Config Wizard until the BVMS Patch - FW improvements update capabilities 429121 418648 425002 is uninstalled.

However, please note that the DIP System Manager package with BVMS 12.3 is now released and available for download.

The cameras Live Preview will be available and visible in Config Wizard on the DIVAR IP unit with the BVMS 12.3 DIP package installed on it (BVMS_12.3.0_SystemManager_package_1.0)
