Recordings are not removed in secondary VRM as set in the retention time

Possible causes and solution(s)
Symptoms
On both primary and secondary VRM it is set a retention time of 7 days (min retention time: 7; max ret time: 8).
On primary, the recordings are deleted automatically according to the settings.
On secondary, the recordings are not deleted, and the retention time is displayed as few years late, like 2056.
Solution
According to the VRM release letter, there is a fix for this in VRM 4.02.0014:
Therefore, please upgrade your system.
Please be sure that the BVMS version you are using is compatible with this VRM version. For use with BVMS, tested versions are listed in the respective BVMS release notes.
Important Note: Downgrade from version 4.00 to an earlier version is not possible
The latest version of VRM is available on the Download Area page (click on the Software menu > select Video Recording Management (VRM) > click Select).
