How to troubleshoot Rdkypro Not Logging Offline Events

 When rdkypro is offline, it doesn't log events? Below is a possible solution to this issue.

In System Administration

1) Click on Monitoring>Alarm Zones>Monitor Stations

2) Check the <ADD> Button

3) Browse for the Workstation Name

4) Check the box for Queue Events When Logged Out

5) Check Default Zone in the Monitor Zones Section

6) Click <OK>

Next Click on Administration>System Options>General System Options

Make sure under the Monitoring Section the Number of days to save queued events is not zero.

Log off and back on of  "Sys Admin and "Alarm Monitoring".
