 Ensure that ANSWER MACHINE is set to YES in the program. This is found under the REMOTE PROGRAMMING part of the program. Call the control panel and let the phone ring twice, then hang up then call back within 30sec. Let the phone ring twice, hang up, then call back within 30sec. The control panel should answer on the first ring.
