How Tp: Set the deviation on the C601 encoder

 When you push the Test button on a Fastlink C601 Encoder, you should see approximately 3 kHz +/- 400 Hz of deviation on an RF service monitor. You should see this same deviation when you push the Test button on the Omegalink/Multilink Encoder.
