Freeze Frame does not work when moving TO or FROM a Preposition scene with privacy mask enabled

Causes

When a customer is using prepositions with a Privacy Mask(s), and also using the Freeze Frame feature.

• While cycling TO or FROM the preposition(s) with Privacy Mask(s), Freeze Frame will not work.
  The camera's image will show the camera pan to the preposition.
• While cycling between prepositions without Privacy Masks, Freeze Frame will work.
  The camera's image will freeze until the pan is complete then display the proposition.

Solution

• This is a known design limitation and has always been present in the mentioned platforms.
  there are also no plans to correct this behavior.
  
  
• At time of writing (jan-2023) the user manuals may not clearly state this limitation, manual enhancement is in progress.
  Manuals of older platforms with same limitation may not be enhanced, and will rely on this KB article.
