Different detector symbols displayed at different clients in FSM

Possible causes and solution(s)

Causes

• FSM software and multiple clients are installed on different hardware than the server
• The detector symbols are different in Client on Server hardware (e.g. product symbols) and other clients - not on Server hardware - (e.g. dots instead of product symbols)

Solution

• In this case, check that the required detector symbol files are available in the folder symbols in client directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Alesys Srl\FSM - Fire Monitoring System Client\Symbols) on each used hardware.
• If you have associated a symbol file that is not present on symbols folder of client, then it is changed to a small point/dot.
