Possible causes and solution(s)

- MIC IP ultra 7100i (CPP7.3)
- Commercial type number MIC-7504-Z12xR
Causes
- Loss of Front end for a long period of time and only recovers after few reboots when updating a camera from 7.62.003 to 7.80.0128 or any other FWs in-between
- No image once web pages displayed sensor mode switching did not resolve this, factory default did not resolve this either – Factory default via reset in head also did not resolve this.
- Power cycling did not work either.
Solution
The fix was done in FW 7.83. Please upgrade your camera to FW 7.83 or to the latest one available on Bosch Download Area (CPP7.3)
