How to force VRM to do a full initial discovery?
At some point of the troubleshooting process, the customers might be asked to force the VRM to do a full initial discovery.
Follow these steps to do this:
Step-by-step guide
- Stop VRM service
- Go to C:\ProgramData\Bosch\VRM\Primary
- Rename the db folder
- Restart the VRM service.
VRM takes 10 min to discover 1 block but can discover 10 blocks at the same time. So, the total number of blocks could be = with the number of minutes VRM needs to discover all blocks.
