How to move a Service license from an user account to another one in Remote Portal?
The management of Remote Portal service licenses is the responsibility of the customer. The administrator can add, remove and transfer them to a different company.
For transferring them to a different account, the user needs to have administrator rights in both accounts.
Step-by-step guide
- Go to the "Service Licensing" menu and make sure that the license you would like to move it from your account to another user is not assigned to a camera.
The Assigned To field should be empty.
2. Click on the three dots button → Select Change company option
3. Select the service licenses to be moved and set the quantity of them > then click Next
4. Select the company to move the service licenses to and click Change company
