MKP wants any Thermal alignment issues with IVA/VCA to follow the RMA process. This is a quality issue and needs

evaluated for proper understanding and for continued quality improvement. The RMA process is the only way that

BOSCH can ensure that the problem is being evaluated and documented correctly. 

• If anyone has been given any Engineering tools for alignment, do not use them for customer support cases.
