After enabling the "User event" button in the Event page from Configuration Client and adding the user event buttons trigger for different cameras to display alarms in alarm page + Adjust admin account live view priority to 30 to let alarm camera auto pop up → The Operator Client displays black image as described below:

• when you double click one of the pane, it will enlarge, then when you click on another alarm during the enlarge mode, all the alarm panes will turn into black, no matter you switch back to live then back to alarm mode again. It resumes after restarting the Operator Client. 

• Un-accept the alarm and switch to live view, then switching back to alarm view, the image will come back, but by enlarging this image and switch to another camera then the black screen is displayed again:

By applying the patch: 346573 - Alarm display blank pane this behavior will be fixed:
