This could be useful for AMS_RPS integration issues
Possible causes and solution(s)
Causes
When integrating an intrusion panel into AMS for the first time, on some occasions the "state" column in AMS under "panel administration" will stay on sync pending. This will cause the intrusion panel to not come online with AMS and won't push any user information to the panel(s). See screenshot:
Solution
One possible solution to this could be a missing IP address for the panel in RPS.
- Log into RPS, select the panel in question.
- Right-click on the panel and select "Panel View-data"
3. Select the "Network" tab and check the option labeled (IP address/Hostname) and verify it has an IP/Hostname in that section.
4. In AMS, check the panel administration "state" column and see if it says synchronized. If it does check RPS and verify panel users information is now in the intrusion panel.
